Carroll Electric Cooperative HQ

After a 100-year ice storm event, it quickly became apparent that modernizing the entire Carroll Electric headquarters was a necessary priority. The challenge was keeping this essential service up and running; at no point in time could their operation be allowed to go “dark.” To accomplish this KSA Architecture implemented a successful, four-phase construction program that spanned seven years. The result included seven new floors and 90,000 additional square feet.
